Do you do lay-by?

Yes,we offer lay-by on most items that are $1000 and over and all you need is a 25% deposit upfront and you have up to 2 months to pay. Deposit is non refundable it serves as termination fee if you decide to cancel or fail to pay the rest. If for some reason the lay-by is not completed within the specified period according to our agreement and you have not made contact at all then we reserve the right to retain any payments including the deposit.

Returns Policy

We accept return within 28 days of delivery if items are faulty and/or not as described given that item being returned to us in it’s original condition you are entitled to a full refund. We dont refund any postage cost.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase at no fault of the item we are happy to offer exchange for store credit for any returns.
